Too much of a good thing

I dont think i have ever slept so much all at one time in my life. Yesterday when I got home from my grandmothers burial, I was so exhausted. It must have been the stress and the crying but I was TIRED. James was fussy so I knew he was tired a well. We both went to lay down in his room at about 430pm and woke up 12 hours later. That is alot of sleep for me especially since I normally sleep 5-6 hours. I did however, wake up with backache from laying down too much. It was a much needed sleep but now I cant stand the pain in my back.
